What’s new in Intertradedocs

Though we’ve been quiet lately, we’re doing a lot behind the scenes: we’re constantly developing and testing new features, and today we’d like to announce the first of these new releases: document upload.

While you can produce all of your core export documents with Intertradedocs, such as your commercial invoice, some of the required documents must come from official sources. These can include phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and so on.

Authorities may supply you the hard copy (print) of these documents, which you can then scan and convert to PDF; however, many authorities around the world provide their documents in electronic form (PDF), so you might not need to do any conversions at all.

Once you have the PDFs of your external documents, you can upload them to the relevant shipment in Intertradedocs. Documents are then associated with the correct shipment, so you can produce an electronic or print copy whenever it’s needed.

Just another nice thing for you from the Intertradedocs team!
