The To Order Party
When you need to designate To Order as your Consignee, for instance when shipping on a Letter of Credit, you can set up a To Order party in your Parties database as follows:
Enter the Name of the Party as To Order.
Enter the Country of the Consignee (this is required).
Place a single character (we have used 1) in any required field - address, city, phone, fax.
Set the Category as Consignee.
Save the Party.
The To Order Party
Now when you do a shipment and you need to use this Party, you can select it from the drop-down, and then delete the single characters from the fields which should be blank.
Name and Country are required even for the To Order consignee.
