ITDocs uses SSL encryption to protect your data as it travels between your computer and the ITDocs server. After you have logged in, you will see that the web address in your browser shows https in place of the usual http, and you should see a padlock symbol beside the web address. Some browsers also put a green colour in the address bar.
If you don't see the padlock or the green colour, but you do see the https, you will likely still be secure, so long as you are using an up-to-date browser. Please contact Intertradedocs support if you are unsure.
